Prices are per room per night including a full cooked breakfast.

A third or fourth person sharing the family room will be charged at an extra £15 per person which also includes the full cooked breakfast. However children are charged at £10 per night.

At most times a two -night minimum applies for booking including a Friday or a Saturday. Please call for one night stays as they may be available.

DEPOSITS: We will require a deposit in order to guarantee your booking; this is normally £25 per room booked or 20% of the reservation value (whichever is the higher), and can be paid by cheque, cash or by credit card (using PayPal, via email). See below for further details of each option. Deposits are non-refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, in which case we will refund all monies received)

CANCELLATION POLICY: We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests and have introduced the following cancellation policy. It is advisable to consider taking out an appropriate insurance to compensate for any financial loss due to cancellation.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival- deposit kept, no further charge
• Cancellations made within the 14 days prior to arrival - 1 night's accommodation payable
• Cancellations made within the 7 days prior to arrival (or no shows) - the total booking cost payable (when the booking is for more than one night)
